The short answer: eight companies offer supplier checks in China with a Spanish site or Spanish service. According to their public pages on October 29, 2026, SourciaVera, SSTI International, Tetra Inspection and Adrien China publish prices; HQTS, QIMA, PJCS International and China Box do not.
How We Compared the Eight Companies
We looked at five facts a Latin American buyer can check on the public pages:
- Spanish: whether the site or the service is in Spanish.
- Factory visit: whether the company itself says it goes to the plant.
- Published price: whether it shows figures and what they include.
- Video: whether it says it delivers video of the visit.
- How it charges: a day rate, a fee per service or a commission.

Who Publishes Prices, and How Much
Four of the eight companies show figures. SSTI International publishes USD 130 per man-day in mainland China, with travel, photographs and an English report included. Tetra Inspection publishes USD 240 per man-day for inspection and USD 440 for a factory audit in China. Adrien China publishes USD 397 for a factory visit and USD 397 for a pre-shipment inspection. HQTS, QIMA, PJCS International and China Box ask for a quote.
Who Delivers Video of the Visit
SourciaVera delivers unedited video of every verification, and Adrien China says its reports include photos and video. Tetra Inspection describes remote inspection with live video and recorded evidence; for on-site visits it mentions photo reports and PDFs. SSTI International mentions photographs. For HQTS, QIMA, PJCS International and China Box we found no published information about video.
How Each Company Charges
Tetra Inspection and SSTI International charge a flat rate per day. SSTI International states that it takes no commission on goods and none from factories. SourciaVera charges fixed fees for verification and inspection and, if it also buys for you, 10% of the order only when the purchase closes; it accepts no factory commissions (see the impartiality statement). Adrien China charges a flat fee for inspections and a commission for purchasing management. For the other companies we did not find how they charge.
What to Check Before You Choose
- Who pays the company. Ask in writing whether it receives a commission from the factory.
- What the rate includes. Travel, the report, the report language and the number of visits.
- What you receive after the visit. Ask for photos and unedited video, not only a summary.
- Whether staff go in person. Ask for the date, the time and continuous evidence from the entrance to the production line.
If you need follow-up during production, see our page on factory supervision in China. If you would rather have someone find the factory and buy for you, there is the China sourcing agent page. And if you only want to confirm a factory you already found, factory verification.
What This Comparison Does Not Cover
We read public pages; we did not hire any service or assess the quality of any report. We did not include every company that exists, only the eight in the table, and we do not rate any of them. If you find an outdated fact, tell info@sourciavera.com and we will review it.
