The price is $120 per hour, billed by the hour with a one-hour minimum. Each additional hour is billed at the same $120 rate. The 20% discount that applies to our on-site services after a detailed consultation does not apply to this service.
You choose what to look at while the call is running. Typical requests:
The factory decides which areas we may enter. If something cannot be shown, we tell you during the call so you can decide what to do next.
A live video call shows only what is inside the camera frame, at the moment of the call. It does not replace a sampling inspection of your goods or a written audit, and it cannot show what happens outside the frame or on other days.
A document held up to the camera can be read, but it cannot be checked against official records on a call; the $49 remote supplier check looks at company registration records instead.
If you need a written report, sampled inspection or an audit, choose the on-site factory verification (from $449 per visit, with a written report and unedited video) or a pre-shipment inspection ($399 per man-day, described on the factory supervision page).
